The venue of conference is the A.C. Art Museum Hotel Beijing (A.C. Embassy Hotel - http://www.acembassyhotelbeijing.com/) which is located close to Beijing Worker’s Stadium and Sanlitun Village in Chaoyang District. The venue is accessible by metro (Metro station: Dongzhimen, Line 2).

The conference organizers have secured a number of rooms at the conference venue the availability of which cannot be confirmed after the 18th of April. After that date participants may be required to book accommodation in alternative hotels away from the venue, in a period when hotel rooms will be scarce due parallel events. We strongly urge you to make your booking as early as possible.
Participation to the Conference is free of charge, however registration is compulsory. Please fill in the registration form which can be found here.
a) Invited Speakers
Invited Speakers for the Open Session of the conference are entitled to be sponsored for their travel and accommodation should they request it (in the registration form).
Only officially nominated H2020 NCP Coordinators are entitled to sponsorship. Only one participant per country will be sponsored. Participants who are involved in other INCO projects are strongly encouraged to utilize project funds for their participation
